Why We Are Different from Typical Junk Removal Companies
Most junk removal services in Southwest Florida quote a flat “truck load” price and then surprise customers with landfill fees or simply bury the cost in the total. We do the opposite.
Landfill charges are passed through
Lee County and Collier County landfills and transfer stations charge us by weight and material. Those rates change and we do not control them. We add to your bill whatever the landfill charges us — no markup. Our labor is separate. We will give you a written estimate of the dump fee; the amount on your bill is the actual ticket.

On-Site Assessment & Written Quote
We look at what you want removed and quote our labor in writing. We also estimate the landfill charge. After the load is weighed, we add to your bill exactly what the landfill charged us.
Optional reuse after the paid haul-off
The job is a paid junk-out. If pieces can be reused, we can drop usable furniture at a local SWFL charity after the haul-off is booked and quoted — donation is optional, never the identity of this service.

We never drag items. We use proper equipment and two-person teams for heavy pieces. Your neighbors will not even know we were there.
How Haul-Away Pricing Works
You pay our labor plus the landfill or transfer station ticket. Volume, weight, access, and material type all affect that ticket. We quote our labor in writing and pass through whatever the landfill charges us.

Items We Cannot Haul
We do not transport or remove combustibles, chemicals, batteries, or other hazardous materials/items. These require specialized handling and disposal that we are not licensed or equipped to provide.
