By using https://greatmovingandpacking.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to the website only. Any move we perform is governed by our written estimate, work order, bill of lading, and applicable law and regulations.

Who we are

The Site is operated by Great Moving and Packing Inc. (“Great Moving & Packing,” “we,” “us”), an owner-operated moving company. USDOT 3023880; Florida Mover Registration IM2835. We perform and advertise intrastate Florida moves only. We do not offer interstate or long-distance moving services outside Florida.

Service area

We primarily serve Southwest Florida communities including Naples, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, and Golden Gate Estates, and nearby areas we agree to in writing. Availability depends on scheduling, access, and job details. Submitting a quote form does not guarantee we can accept every request.

Content on the Site (including blog posts, FAQs, service descriptions, and pricing philosophy) is for general information. It may be updated or corrected without notice. It is not legal, insurance, or professional advice beyond describing our services in good faith.

Quotes and estimates

• Online forms and phone discussions help us prepare an estimate. They are not a binding contract until we provide a written estimate (or other written agreement) and you accept it as we specify.
• Final charges may depend on actual inventory, packing scope, access (stairs, elevators, long carries), wait time, specialty items, haul-away volume, dump fees, and other factors disclosed in your estimate or on the job.
• Where dump or disposal fees apply, we aim to disclose them upfront. Actual facility fees can change and may be adjusted as disclosed in your paperwork.
• We may decline jobs that fall outside our services, capacity, equipment, or licensing.

Your responsibilities when using the Site

• Provide accurate information on forms and in communications
• Do not misuse the Site (spam, scraping that harms the service, hacking attempts, or illegal activity)
• Do not attempt to bypass security features (including human-verification tools)

Intellectual property

Site design, text, logos, and original photos are owned by Great Moving and Packing Inc. or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent, except for reasonable personal use or fair use under law (for example sharing a link to our Site).

Third-party links

Links to third-party sites (reviews, government records, social media, maps) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the Site. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Moving and Packing Inc. and its owner and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or inability to use it. Our total liability related to Site use shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us (if any) solely for website-related services in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. This limitation does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Florida or federal law, and it does not replace liability terms that apply under a separate written moving agreement or applicable carrier regulations.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Great Moving and Packing Inc. and its owner from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes relating to the Site shall be in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
